Das Boot bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente; gemütlich, stilvoll, historisch.
Der Skipper hat sich sehr gut in unserer Familienrunde verhalten; freundlich, humorvoll, verbindlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Die Hostess war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und dezent.

We had a lovely afternoon, a great skipper! (roel)
Roel took his time with the children, explained the 'water rules' and how to twist and turn through the canals using walkie talkie communication :) the kids loved it while the big kids hung out aft enjoying a glass of ros. It costs 'a little' but it was absolutely awesome!

overall we were very satisfied with the service. the captain was very approachable and friendly, so was his assistant.
It was however very plain inside, i thought maybe they could have decorated it a bit more. maybe thats not common with these kind of boats, but its just a thought!?
if we have another function we will definitely consider this boat again.

We are staying in Amsterdam for business and asked our hotel concierge to book us a boat for an evening canal cruise. He booked us a private dinner on board Her Royal Highness. What a superb suggestion. Wonderful evening. Many thanks and hope to return soon.

Very kind staff, a bit disappointed by food, not about the quality for the food was good, but it is not very efficient having all the food at once, not really room on the tables to put the dishes and small plates would be a plus (eating sat with the sauce dripping in your hand..). The boat is beautiful and we have had a wonderful evening.

Captain Joost was a very pleasant young man - very helpful on pointing out fun facts about the city during our cruise. We plan to charter the Paradis again!

Very good. Captain showed up at pickup point exactly on time, was both courteous and informative, gave us a great tour of AMsterdams canals, and brought us back exactly on time as well. Me and my friends were very impressed.

Very pleasant, the pick up and boat ride was exactly what we hoped for and expected. It was a very nice time. Some guests commented that the skipper was not very friendly and rather grouchy, but the woman on board helping with drinking was very sweet.

Boat was there early, personell very flexible, helpfull and professional. We had changing weather but roof was opened when possible which was extra service.

Fine boat, friendly staff. Just one medium size table for 11 persons is not enough. Catering not quite okay. Food (Spanish, 44 euro p.p.) too expensive in relation to quality. Bread, olives, aioli, salt and peppar were missing.

The Captain was very friendly and chose an excellent itinerary for our two hours.
We had a fantastic time.
The only reason I would not score this 10 our of 10 is because I think that the 10 euro per bottle charge for corkage is excessive.

Jan was a very nice, accommodating skipper.
Nice comfortable boat.
Really appreciated that we could bring our own food and wine on board.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cruise & found it great value for money.

Exceptional service, nothing too much trouble. Tiddo accodating in everyway with great communication at all times. Jan the Skipper is a very cool guy and we felt safe at all times with his hand at the wheel. Regular toilet stops and interesting comentary along the way. Fun, luxurious and truely an experience. 11 ladies and 5 hours of drinking, eating and chatting. Would do it over and over again, Infact if i ever come back to Holland my reunion will be with these guys. Keep it up you have the perfect combination. Debra

I'm happy to confirm that the cruise was much more than adequate. The cruise was the highlight of our visit to Amsterdam. Your boat is beautiful and you are a most charming and hospitable Captain. We appreciate all you did to make our cruise such a success.

We really enjoyed the boat and the tour, and our captain was very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend the tour to my friends.
However, I think the price was a little expensive, and would have been willing to rent for longer if there was a discount for additional hours.
