Das Boot bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente; gemütlich, stilvoll, historisch.
Der Skipper hat sich sehr gut in unserer Familienrunde verhalten; freundlich, humorvoll, verbindlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Die Hostess war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und dezent.

Dear Bastiaan, Just to say thank you very much to everyone involved with the organisation of our cruise on Saturday, it was absolutely superb and everyone had a fantastic time. Robert and Louise were charming and the fondue was excellent and just generally the whole thing was just excellent!! I organised the evening as a surprise for a friend and she hasnt stopped talking about it since! Please pass on my huge thanks to everyone involved. I shall be recommending you to widely.

Great experience and lovely way to see Amsterdam from the canals.
Booking was easy and same for pick up and drop off of the boat.
Boat was simple but all we needed to cruise through the canals.
Some useful additions would be cushions to sit on for warmth and comfort.
Info about the signs on the bridges so we would know if entry is allowed or if the were one way only.
I have marked down because i believe the cost is quite high. Off season price would have been good.
Overall, a lovely unique way for our friends and us to tour Amsterdam.

Our cruise on the De Tourist was a wonderful experience. Captain Brune did everything to accomodate all of our requests ( he even found a guide for us in our native language which is a rare language ), the lunch we had on board was really good, the selection of drinks catered to all our tastes. The boat is even more beautiful than in the pictures posted online. All in all, it was the highlight of our stay in Amsterdam and it was worth every penny. When we come back to Amsterdam we will look for captain Brune again for sure and I will recommend this boat to all my friends. Laura T.

The one thing I would highlight is that I was not expecting commentary during the trip. This is not a complaint as it was well received by most on the boat however this is potentially something that could have been discussed and agreed at the outset as many were expecting music for the duration and it had to be turned off many times for the commentary. Another observation is that the boat is not a 'party' boat as the driver, quite rightly, played by the rules therefore the volume of music was kept to a reasonable level. Just something to be aware of if you are planning a loud evening.
These are minor points that did not hinder our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip and I would definitely consider using the same boat again.

The HRH is an impressive boat. We had a surprise party with 30 guests, and we could all comfortably fit in and move around well. The captain and crew were very easy going and helpful. I would highly recommend this boat and of course this company to anyone. The service is amazing, especially when it came to issues about the weather (Thanks Kirsten van Waadenoijen). 10 out of 10!

Great boat, uncomplicated and flexible when it came to starting time. Also with new life vests for children. That's how it has to be. The quality has its price though. Overall we have been very happy and had a great experience. If it was a bit cheaper we would certainly do it more often.

Overall service was great. The staff was very accommodating and flexible to our needs. Fantastic boat for a corporate event or party, would definitely book again.

I would give this a high rating, a 8 out of 10. Service was great, I received my email on time and a phone call letting me know what the procedure would be. This is the 3rd time I have used this service with friends.
I think the price is a little high but everything else is easy and convenient and I would rent again.

Fantastic! A real different way to see Amsterdam . We were seven people on two boats and We had a very nice sunny day, so I couldn't ask more! Respect the time table and remember to connect electricity plug when you get back to the dock. Every one of us was simply enthusiastic! Enjoy it!

We rented a boat ourselves for two houres. It was GREAT!!!!!! We enjoyed every minute of it and will certainly come back to rent a boat again!
