How does an event for 60-200 guests work?
1 - Intake and planning
For large events we start with a thorough intake. Your account manager discusses the programme, the catering, the logistics and any special requests. Together we create a detailed run sheet.
2 - Reception at the quay
Your guests gather at the boarding location. For large groups we recommend a reception with welcome drinks at the quay, so boarding is spread out and everyone comes on board relaxed.
3 - Welcome on board
Once all guests are on board, the captain welcomes the party. For corporate events this is the moment for a short opening or speech. The boat departs and the programme begins.
4 - Programme on the water
This is the heart of your event. A walking dinner as the boat sails through the harbour, a presentation with a view of the skyline, or a party with DJ and dance floor. The boat provides the space and the facilities.
5 - Amsterdam as your backdrop
While the programme runs, the boat sails past the highlights of the city. The Magere Brug, the Maritime Museum, the modern architecture of IJburg. A route that impresses guests who know Amsterdam and surprises those visiting for the first time.
