The pancake canal cruise
The custom made pancake canal cruise will take around 2 hours. You will be taken aboard the classic canal barge called Lady Ondine, which is already in service since 1907. Whilst cruising through the old Amsterdam city centre canals, you can choose from the menu of the Pancake Bakery. You will have a selection of around 50 international pancakes, whose ingredients are based on various dishes from all over the world. You can order your pancakes with the captain who will call the Pancake Bakery and transmit your order. You will cruise by the Pancake Bakery, where you will be serviced onboard and continue our canal cruise. Our guests can generously help themselves to the pots of real maple syrup!
