Great experience and lovely way to see Amsterdam from the canals.
Booking was easy and same for pick up and drop off of the boat.
Boat was simple but all we needed to cruise through the canals.
Some useful additions would be cushions to sit on for warmth and comfort.
Info about the signs on the bridges so we would know if entry is allowed or if the were one way only.
I have marked down because i believe the cost is quite high. Off season price would have been good.
Overall, a lovely unique way for our friends and us to tour Amsterdam.

The whole process was extremely simple. We had no problems at all. The boat was clean and of very good size for the 6 of us.
We will rent again!

Great boat, uncomplicated and flexible when it came to starting time. Also with new life vests for children. That's how it has to be. The quality has its price though. Overall we have been very happy and had a great experience. If it was a bit cheaper we would certainly do it more often.

I would give this a high rating, a 8 out of 10. Service was great, I received my email on time and a phone call letting me know what the procedure would be. This is the 3rd time I have used this service with friends.
I think the price is a little high but everything else is easy and convenient and I would rent again.Bridget Scanlan

Unique! There's no better way to enjoy Amsterdam by water ways! I really invite everyone to have this experience! Everything is automatic, just follow instructions! Have a good time!

Fantastic! A real different way to see Amsterdam . We were seven people on two boats and We had a very nice sunny day, so I couldn't ask more! Respect the time table and remember to connect electricity plug when you get back to the dock. Every one of us was simply enthusiastic! Enjoy it!

Code was not working. Lost quite some time at the beginning of the renting. Phone was not answering at that time. When am I going to have the deposit refunded?

We rented a boat ourselves for two houres. It was GREAT!!!!!! We enjoyed every minute of it and will certainly come back to rent a boat again!

We had a wonderful time out on the boat checking out the sights of Amsterdam. The rental process was very easy and I would recommend the boats for anyone.
We will be using Rent A Boat Amsterdam again.

Batteries wasnt enough for more than half the tour. (2 hours) last 45 minutes we could hardly control the boat or enter slim channels due the extremely low speed. We had to abandon the boat without returning it to the correct dock. Very pricey.

Calm and relaxing experience during two hours. The boat is a little bit slow, so you can not see more than two or three canals, and also because the dock is out of the city centre. However, if you are at least four, renting a boat is much more interesting than do it on a touristic one.

Great concept, like that you could hire the boat at any time and was a relxing crusie through the canals at night! The boat could have had a bit more power but was worth it overall. The directions to the pick up point were poor and could be more clear as I could not find it and was late so lost half an hours rental!

Fast and efficient booking procedure. It was simple and convenient to collect and return the boat at the dock. In short, we had a hassle-free boating experience. Thanks for the effort put in to make this work.
Yes, all of the above came with a price of 50 euros per hour. A cost efficient boat rentals maybe something to look into.

heel goed ervaring, alles werkt perfect. Maar 50 per uur vind ik iets te duur. Ik zou me graag willen een heel middag af en toe met een boat doen, maar niet voor dat prijs.

i would give 10 for the service as i arrived at the quai , rang the number and was able to take a boat even i was not able to get on internet to do the booking. the very pleasant and helpfull person on the phone did this for me. Pity i was not told there should be a map on the boat !!! Value is ok but i think the price should decrease after 2 hours full price....2 hours is too short to see it all. Anyway I was most happy with it and we had a great time, so easy to use and fun too. I will go back (with a map). thank you very much

Getting and returning the boat was a snap.
Loved that the boat was electric, smart and environmentally friendly.

It was very easy and nice! We enjoyed the tour, it took us a minute to leave the dock and to return the boat. Very convenient location. Great value for money I guess.

The reservation and payment systems work perfectly. The boat is super nice and has a nice speed (although I changed my boat when I noticed that I was slower than the others).
The experience of sailing in the canals in a nice boat is priceless - of course you always will say that the boat rent could be cheaper, but it was a lot of fun.Carlos Medeiros

- The boat was not available on the requested and booked hour. We had to wait 2 hours on the dock to get a boat.
- The boat had almost no energy as of the second hour of the cruise.

All fine, although our boat was a little slower than the other sloepdelen boats we kept meeting all night.
Will be interested to see how quickly the deposit comes back and what you do about the fact we were 10 minutes late

Very good system of picking up the boat. Nice boat and nice experience. Perhaps a bit too expensive. Could have used better order confirmation as many things (for first time use) was unclear.
