We hebben zeer genoten op donderdag 15 augustus, zowel van de prachtige boot als van de service van 'skipper', gastvrouw als kok van de catering. Iedereen heeft een heerlijke avond gehad.! mr. R. Metselaar

De boot/catering/kapitein alles top! Het enige minpunt is dat de boot met 25 opvarenden toch wel erg vol was, waardoor men lastig kon variëren van plek en de groep weinig mingelde.

Achteraf hadden wij beter het diner vooraf kunnen bestellen , dit was ons niet duidelijk uitgelegt. De steiger die normaal gesproken gebruikt wordt bij het eten in de waag was nu niet bereikbaar, waardoor wij meer moesten lopen. dit kregen wij te horen van de kapitein en dit hadden wij van u moeten horen. Wij hadden meer willen horen van de omgeving. De verzorging en de bediening was prima.

We waren met 15 vrouwen. Er waren 5 flessen witte wijn ingekocht. Wel heel veel bier. Maar ja, dat drinken vrouwen niet echt.. Maar de schipper en het meisje van de bediening waren top!

Uiteindelijk was de Ondine niet beschikbaar en hebben we op de MUze gevaren. Top crew, heel gezellig. De zit aanboord zijn niet echt praktisch maar verder alles top.

ik heb 24 september jl een arragement bij jullie geboekt , van een high tea op de ondine , het was een supriseparty voor mijn vriendin . mij is niet bij de boeking verteld dat alle alcohol per fles wordt berekend , heb achteraf een rekening gekregen van 150 euro , vind ik een hoop geld voor anderhalf uur varen . en zeker als er een glaasje uit een fles wordt gedronken,moet nu gaan kijken wie wat heeft gedronken. en verder vond ik het heel onduidelijk waar het opstappen van de boot was . had geen naam van een steiger of dergelijke. telefonisch zijn jullie op zaterdag niet te bereiken.

Schipper en gastvrouw zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De schipper en gastvrouw passen zich aan naar de wensen van de gasten. De gasten voelen heel erg op zijn gemak. Heel erg jammer dat Amsterdam Boats BV niet de juiste ophaal plaats en afzet plaats hebben doorgegeven aan de schipper. De schipper moest onnodig ommaken. Dank je wel schipper Thomas en gastvrouw. We hebben ons heel erg vermaak.

Super vriendelijke kapitein en de gastvrouw was ook enorm vriendelijk. De borrelgarnituur was keurig verzorgt.

Ook met slecht weer een aanrader. Ontvangst, verzorging, alles was zeer goed. Twee leuke werkstudenten samen met schipper Roel zorgden er voor dat ons gezelschap zich 'thuis' voelde. Sms voor de zon was niet aangekomen..... Goede oplossing om met kleine kinderen uit eten te gaan.
