Van begin tot het eind heeft iedereen geprobeerd om aan onze wensen te voldoen, echt geweldig. Ondanks het slechte weer hadden we een goede en gezellige vaart, de kapitein en de gastvrouw probeerden het ons echt naar de zin te maken waarvoor onze dank!

Persoonlijk vond ik de vaartoch relatief duur. Dit werd voornamelijk veroorzaakt door de huur van het type boot denk ik. De salonboot werd ons aangeraden omdat erwellicht kans was op slecht weer. Echter was het prachtig weer, en zaten we alleen op de achterzijde. Een sloep voor 12 personen had ook voldaan! Nu werd 3/4 van de boot niet gebruikt.

Het is geen 10 geworden vanwege 2 kleine verbeterpunten:1 De kapitein Bart had direct het comfort van de toch kunnen verbeteren door de microphone van de intercom gereed te hebben. Jammer dat Annelies niet bij het binnenkomen direct de koffie klaar had.

De Ondine is een mooie boot en mede door de schipper ontstond er een gezellige sfeer. De communicatie tussen de medewerkers aan boord en de medewerkers van kantoor was niet goed gegaan. Zo stonden er bonbons en koekjes op tafel terwijl dat bedoelt was voor na het diner. Dat werd snel verholpen. Echter hierdoor vonden wij de nootjes, etc. Niet voldoende verzorgd omdat er naar ons iedereen rekening mee was gehouden. Ook hadden we meer begeleiding verwacht als het ging om waar de restaurants zich bevonden en het aangeven van de tijdstippen waarop wij terug werden verwacht. Verder zijn wij wel geschrokken van de prijzen van de drankjes. Wij hadden het fijn gevonden als we daar van tevoren over waren geïnformeerd.
