Het is een sfeervolle boot, hoewel niet zo geschikt als je met een groep bent die ook de bezienswaardigheden van Amsterdam willen zien vanaf het water. Het dak is dicht dus je kunt alleen via de zijkanten naar buiten kijken. Er is ook geen uitleg of aankondiging van wat er te zien is/waar je langs vaart. De service van de catering was perfect, misschien wel soms te snel dat je glas weggehaald werd om bij te schenken, uiteraard om meer te consumeren.

Vanaf het begin (reservering) tot eind (rondvaart) was alles goed geregeld. Duidelijk, klantvriendelijk, sfeervol en keurig geregeld.

Bij het boeken geinformeerd naar een annuleringsverzekering (mede ook vanwege Covid-19), dit was helaas niet mogelijk. Toen wij i.v.m. trieste privé omstandigheden een week voor afvaart belde om te informeren naar de mogelijkheid om te verplaatsen en/of te annuleren kregen wij te horen dat verplaatsen niet ging lukken en dat annuleren mogelijk was maar dan wel ten koste van 75% van de totaalsom ............... wij kregen op geen enkele wijze de indruk dat er mee werd gedacht om een passende oplossing te vinden, Omdat wij niet zo maar 75% weg wilde gooien uiteindelijk besloten om met een ander samengesteld gezelschap toch maar op te stappen op de eerder afgesproken datum. Eenmaal aan boord hebben wij, mede dankzij Ed & Tomek een super leuke avond gehad en prima gegeten (Ed & Tomek krijgen een 10 maar i.v.m. de bittere nasmaak van de eerdere ervaring komen wij helaas gemiddeld op een 7 uit)
