The wide choice of catering is not a matter of course and you feel that you are taken seriously as a guest: Simple booking process with fast reply, great quality, attention to detail and particularly competent and friendly service staff. This is the second booking we have made for our company and we would recommend it again. That said, this time we had a different experience this round as the boat was a bit too small for our group of 17, despite it saying it could hold 30 people comfortably for cocktails. The servers couldn't easily get around and since it was raining, it was very cramped.

When I booked the HRH, I had only seen pictures online I had no experience previously of what the boat look like and I was extremely happy when we stepped on board to find that it was exactly as we had imagined. The boat is very classy and I was thrilled with my choice.

This was a fantastic cruise. Everything went exactly as I hoped for, and beyond. The skipper arrived exactly on time. The boat was perfectly suited for our occasion and beautifully appointed. Our host, Santandor was AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable. So engaging. So pleasant. He truly made the trip perfect!!

Beautiful experience, overviewing the great light festival and enjoying the private dinner. Friendly stuff, explaining the artworks and putting our favorite music on board. Good to see a lot of the beautiful city.
