We originally booked Anna Maria but changed it for Bota Fogo because our guest list got bigger. Everything was perfect, the contact with Carmen from customer service was great, always friendly and very helpful and patient with our many requests. The crew on board was also super friendly and professional, and the food delicious. We had an amazing trip! The only complaint we have is that it was over too soon :)

Erg ruime boot met een grote groep. Groep van 40 personen past makkelijk op de boot. BBQ was erg goed. Fris en overige dranken waren er genoeg. Het reserveren van de boot verliep ietsjes stroever i.v.m. allerlei wensen welke misschien niet helemaal duidelijk waren.

The evening cruise exceeded our expectations, from start to finish! The website gave a great illustration of what to expect, but of course, being there in person makes a difference. Everyone involved from your account rep Stefan and finance person Shira, all the way to the Captain and Crew. Truly Stellar Service!!! Even the tour guide was wonderful and was able to connect through humor with our team, which could have been a bit challenging due to the nature of our group. Thank you for making our team dinner in Amsterdam a night to be remembered.

Thank you so much for making the final event of our 20th Wedding Anniversary weekend a highlight. It was so easy to book through your web site even though live outside the EU and you were very accomodating with payment options. We loved the crew and captain. The food and drinks were perfect. We would recommend this to any friends and family planning a day out in Amsterdam with a group, everyone go off the boat and wanted to know when we were hosting a canal party again. From start to finish, Amsterdam Boats were brilliant. From my initial inquiry, the email contact, fast response - they made my life very easy. The staff on the boat were fantastic. The BBQ was amazing. The chef went to each person that had specific dietary requirements and explained what he had for them. From vegetarians, to gluten free, to halal. The driver was great. Even picked up one of our guests along the way who had forgotten what time pick up was. Couldn't fault them and would definitely recommend.
