The special Christmas menu consist: Goose liver on brioche toast coverd with a blanket of edible flowers and chutney, Pimpkin risotto with white truffel oil, grated pecorino, friend mushrooms and chorizo, Coq au vin Patte Bleu with a Tarte Tatin of red cabbage and chestnuts, stewed pear with cranberry sauce and a celeriac puree with white truffle oil, Chocolate mousse on a raspberry pepper coulis with orange chips and silver stars and coffee with liqueur or cognac. The hostess will serve you the special selected wines and will give you an unforgettable evening.
